The CogLaboration project focuses on the object transfer procedure between a robot and a human, considered to be a key aspect to be addressed in order to provide successful and efficient robotic assistance to humans.
RUR Robots visited Tecnalia’s facilities the 25 and 26th of February. This meeting permit to test and validate the inertial sensor board RURobots created and that could be used to estimate the object motion along time. Experiments performed demonstrated that neither the robotic arm nor the Prensillia hand disturbed the signal acquisition.
The visit was as well an opportunity to discuss about the integration effort currently taking place.
