The CogLaboration project focuses on the object transfer procedure between a robot and a human, considered to be a key aspect to be addressed in order to provide successful and efficient robotic assistance to humans.
In the context of the system integration process, Treelogic, SSSA and RUR visited Tecnalia to improve the integration activities. Treelogic tests their lastes vision-based developments in the building where is prepared the robotic system, and to adjust the dvelopment interface for easing the final integration in the prototype. SSSA improves several issues regarding the Prensilia's hand used in the project. Finally, RUR supervises all integration steps and current architecture aspects of the first prototype. This metting took place in May 2013 in San Sebastian. This meeting has been very productive in order to check the vision modules funcionality, hand graping precission and make the final step of integration of all it in the first prototype of CogLaboration System.
